DELIVERY INFORMATION

Latest news: Unfortunately, due to the current and upcoming local and nationwide Royal Mail strikes there may be delays in receiving your order. We will do all we can to minimise disruption. This will not affect International orders.

If your order is required urgently please select 'Express Tracked' at checkout as this is a courier service which are not affected by strikes. Please note this does not speed up the making time of your curtain, just the delivery time once your order has been despatched.

Additional Charges

Some items, such as tracks and poles or heavy parcels, may incur additional delivery charges, particularly to international destinations, this can be due to the weight and size of the package being shipped. We may have to charge additional courier costs from time to time, but these are only the costs we incur shipping your product, we will contact you after placing your order if we need to. Please contact us if you are unsure whether you will be charged extra delivery. 

Further Delivery information 

Most of our delivery services require a signature on delivery and packages will not be left outside properties, a lot of customers prefer to use a work address for delivery, we do encourage this , but there are some instances where we may ONLY ship to the billing address.  Should this apply we will contact you prior to dispatch.   Most of our delivery partners will attempt delivery between 2 and 3 times, after this your order will be returned to us and additional charges may apply to have it resent. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address on order is correct, we will ship to the full address provided, and if this is wrong and the order needs resending there will be additional shipping costs to pay. If you know you will not be able to accept your delivery, please contact our customer service team as they will be able to hold your delivery until a suitable date. 

If you need your order in a hurry and would like to track it also, please choose the Express delivery option as this is a fully trackable service with a next day delivery. Making times will still apply, so if you need something before the stated making time, please contact us to see if we are able to fast track your order.  

Please remember delivery times are from the day you receive your shipment notification, not from the day you place your order. 

Orders that are dispatched using a Tracked and Signed for Service are done so to provide extra security for the parcel. If the recipient opts to have this parcel left in a safe place or left without a signature this is entirely the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is then subsequently lost we, as the sender, can accept no liability for any loss or damage to this parcel. 

We use Royal Mail and DPD for most of our shipments, however on occasion we may use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant couriers website to track your order. Tracking information can take up 12 hours to appear on the relevant couriers website, so please do not contact us if you are not seeing tracking information immediately after receiving your email. 

If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you. However, Royal Mail do advise up to 2 weeks for some parcels to arrive at their destination.
