Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the requirements stipulated in Our Returns Policy. If the item or the packaging is not in a re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund back to you.
The customer is responsible for returning the items backs to us, please make sure adequate steps are taken to ensure the security of the contents during transit. We cannot be held responsible for the goods if reasonable steps have not been taken to protect them.
If you would like us to arrange a return for you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact customer services with images of the fault prior to returning the item.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3-5 working days from the date your return is received. For security reasons we can only issue a refund to the original method of payment used to place your order.
When your refund has been processed, we will notify you via email and your credit will be with you within 5-7 working days. This can sometimes take longer depending on your card issuer.
If your refund has not arrived within this time frame, please contact your bank.
Items that are not eligible for refunds
